Quranic Law
Islam does not have a clue!
What is the law of the Quran? The law of the Quran firstly is that there is no compulsion in religion, custom, culture or rule. Yes, everyone has the right to choose his/her religion, customs , culture or rule according to the Quran. That is the first and most important law of the Quran. For anyone to ever proclaim that someone who doesn't submit to the law of the Quran must be oppressed, pressured or prosecuted until such a submission is procured is a clear demonstration of hypocrisy and infidelity to the rule of God contained within the Quran.

Furthermore there is no mandate within the Quran that a thief's hand ever be severed. This is not in the Quran. Such an interpretation is a mistaken one in that the word used does not necessarily mean to sever, nor does it mean to mark. It primarily means 'to cut into.' Furthermore, the word used for hand also means 'wealth' and 'resources'. Intelligence, along with the didactic (instructional) story of Joseph (the Quran states that all its stories are didactic), illustrate a clear example of how theft is to be dealt with. The verse along with the story of Joseph, God bless him, mandate the diminution of the wealth and resources of the thief, not severing the thief's hand. The Mullahs, Sheikhs and other religious figures, for God's sake, must stop what they are doing & approach the Quran with intelligence so that they are not caught in a lie, saying that the book says what it does not.

The Quran does not forbid music. To say that it does, is a lie. For Muslims to sing, (yes, sing!) the Quran and then say that music is forbidden, and that they are not singing, is pure idiocy. Wake up!

The Quan does not say that women must stay in their homes. To say that, is a lie. It furthermore does not even say that they must veil. All it says, is that they must be societally prudent (protecting themsleves) as it concerns the way that they dress (they should dress responsibly), that they must cover their breasts, that they do not wear clothing considered short, and that they do not expose their genitalia in public. Besides these, women can be guilty of nothing as it concerns their dress code.

The Quran does not say that adulterers are to be stoned in anyway. The Zaanee (or lecherous person), mentioned in the Quran is someone who has unlawful sex, without a commitment of marriage or a commitment to marry. Both are to be flogged, or thrown down, 100 times. Stoning to death for adultery is unquranic. Killing apostates is unquranic, killing & persecuting peaceable dissidents is unkoranic, killing, enslaving or persecuting any peaceable group is unkoranic, agression that is excessive and/or not for defense is unkoranic, suicide is unkoranic, greed is unkoranic, classism is unkoranic, racism is unkoranic, sexism is unkoranic, allowing poverty is unkoranic, buying & selling involuntary slaves/servants is unkoranic, agricultural misuse & abuse of the earth is unkoranic, dictatorships are unkoranic, inhibiting any peaceable form of democracy is unkoranic & inhibiting intellectual pursuit is unkoranic.

If you want to follow the law of the Quran, learn the language of the Quran, that is Early Classical Arabic, and then read the Quran, not the rumor of the Hadeeth, or much of what can be found in the today's bibles, besides the actual quoted words of the prophets. Let your ultimate sources be the works of God. That is to say your intelligence and the Quran; not the opinions of Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Secular or Orientalist scholars. Read, interpret and understand the words of the Quran!!!!

Muslims, you have a long way to go! Unfortunately your Mullahs, Scholars, Imaams, Sheikhs, and your own selves are blinding your way to the Quranic path, the godly path.
